One thing my team at Central Singapore CDC and I always look out for is how to create more meaningful, real-world experiences for our youths, especially those who might not usually get such opportunities.

Through DOTS Academy, our young participants had a rare look behind the scenes at Mandarin Oriental, learning what it takes to run a top hotel—from front-of-house service to what goes on in the kitchen and beyond.
